The focus of this programme is on improving classic cross country skiing skills through targeted coaching sessions combined with longer guided tours in the scenic area around Høvringen. Participants will work on developing a more dynamic and energy-efficient technique, adapting to varied terrain, and gaining greater control on descents. The programme also includes a day of back-country skiing for exploration and variety.

Note: In some weeks this programme runs in parallel with the programme “Cross-Country Ski Holiday – Learn to xc-ski”, designed for beginners. If you’re travelling with friends or a partner at a different level, this setup allows you to stay active at your own level during the day and come together again in the afternoon and evening.
